Our Application Engineering Group analyzes compression and refrigeration projects and is responsible for sizing equipment and system layout. They are equipped to quickly and effectively evaluate alternate options, and assure our customers of rapid, accurate, and competitive proposals.  KEC uses state-of-the-art technology throughout all aspects of our Design, Engineering and Manufacturing Process. Our Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CAD) capabilities help ensure an effective system design. Our In-house model building capability provides our clients with a truly three-dimensional scale model of their equipment to assist in interface with their facility. Personnel from this group also assist with: Technical support for existing systems; Plant optimization studies which may include monitoring, diagnostics, and computer simulations; and Technical Training and Presentations. |

Our Manufacturing Service contingent accommodates the details of system fabrication, sourcing, and scheduling to assure our customers of delivery "as-ordered and on-time".  Manufacturing Services provides for system fabrication, assembly, alignment, and testing. KEC personnel operate from a 45,000 square foot production facility equipped to handle skid mounted systems up to 50' long, 14' wide, and 25' high, weighing up to 120,000 pounds. We are ISO 9001 registered to provide for recognized standards of system quality control. Additionally, Manufacturing Services accommodates: Compressor overhaul and rebuilding; remanufacturing of compressors; and maintains a parts inventory for rapid service to emergency situations. |
