 KEC specializes in producing gas compression systems utilizing screw type compressors. Available range of swept volumes is 60-45,000 ACFM. Discharge pressure up to 1500 PSIG and suction pressure up to 800 PSIG with no limit of pressure ratio is available in single or two stage frames.
In many successful applications, compressor discharge temperature is controlled above the water or hydro carbon dew point at the design discharge pressure to effectively compress water saturated corrosive gas streams in the most reliable and efficient manners. On-land and off-shore vapor recovery units, sour gas streams, wet hydrogen chloride, carbon dioxide and methyl chloride gas streams are some of the our most notable compression applications.
